Many of today's health problems are
aggravated by lifestyle, stress, inactivity
and repetition. This can create muscle imbalances and
unwanted restrictions within the body that can impede
the natural flow of blood, lymphatics
and nerve transmission to its tissues
including the organs. The result is dysfunction, pain
and if left too long sometimes, can cause an array of other problems.
However, Manual Therapies have been used for centuries, and is still effective today
as a form of preventative health care, stress relief and treatment for injuries and other health conditions.
Manual Therapy is very effective in the treatment of but is not limited to: migraines and tension headaches, chronic or acute pain, athletic or work related injuries, tendonitis, whiplash, sciatica, discomforts of pregnancy, relaxing tight or
tense muscles, increasing joint mobility, reducing stress, restoring balance and creating and overall sense of well being.
Manual Therapy promotes healing and overall wellness.
